They will work within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting clinicians and coordinating client care. The role includes covering Access clinician duties during absences or peak demand. The Senior Clinician will serve as a role model, translating policy into practice and leading service development and quality projects. Experience in diagnosing and providing interventions for young people with psychosis and substance issues is essential. The role also involves fostering a positive team culture, supporting staff development, and collaborating with other services.
