If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.What you will doOur Parts Interpreters are key to our retail operations and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to our valued customers.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Maintaining and updating the front sales area retail displaysMarketing and sales of parts to customers, ensuring business plan targets and goals are met and/or exceededDeveloping new customers as well as maintaining current customer baseCoordinating and implementing the supply of Parts and Parts Services to retail front counter customersResponding efficiently and effectively to all front counter, phone and email enquiriesGenerating Parts sales invoices and processing credit returns in fullRaising vendor purchase ordersReconciling cash sales on a daily basis in liaison with administration requirementsYour future teamVolvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) is part of the larger Volvo Group Australia umbrella. This role will be based at VCV Newcastle, working in a team of 15 members and reporting to the Parts Manager.
