Company DescriptionNew and vibrant European inspired PARC Brasserie and Bar, at the heart of Hindmarsh Square, seeks leader to lead their team to success on this great award winning venue.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Hands on management of day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling, and staff management;Implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience;Develop and manage the restaurant budget, closely monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets;Analyse financial reports, sales data, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability;Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus;Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements;Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and ingredients, and manage costs to maximize profitability;Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees;Handling customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.QualificationsSound like you?Are you an experienced Restaurant/Bar Manager who leads from the ground, maintains the strictest high standards, whilst they have fun doing it? Do you have what it takes to oversee all aspect of the front of house floor operations and manage this dining destination as if it was your own?You know how to talk business and its key metrics.You are present to support your team when the action is ON. If you are our candidate, you know exactly when this happens.Previous experience as a Restaurant and/or Bar Manager (minimum 1 year) in a high-end restaurant or similar premium setting.
