North Burnett Regional Council offer a dynamic working environment with opportunities for professional development and initiatives to support a healthy work/life balance.About The RoleReporting to the Civil Works Engineer, this is a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction, maintenance, and capital works programs and projects. It plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure that meets community needs and aligns with Councils strategic objectives, operational plans, and budget. This position requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive efficient and effective project outcomes across the northern part of our region.About YouYou will be an experienced leader with a background in civil works and civil construction with proven ability to plan, coordinate, and manage works and resources across civil crews.
