Responsibilities include resource management, meeting scheduling, report preparation, and logistics for workshops, events, and training.The role also involves editing reports and presentations, issuing progress updates, managing SharePoint sites, maintaining organisation charts, training staff on travel and expenses, and assisting with document control.Additionally, the Project Administrator facilitates onboarding and offboarding, supports process improvements, and handles administrative tasks like arranging PPE and stationery all while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and document management standards.Who are you?You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to gather, process, and convey information clearly and concisely while maintaining attention to detail. Collaboration and team building come naturally to you, enabling you to work effectively across teams to support project outcomes.You have advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Visio, and Excel, with strong spreadsheeting skills; exposure to Power BI reporting would be an advantage. Your expertise includes collating, wordsmithing, and formatting executive-level documents and presentations, with some experience in building, managing, and maintaining SharePoint intranet sites.Youre well-organised and efficient, able to coordinate key activities for the EGM and leadership teams while handling confidential information with discretion.
