Your enthusiasm and can-do attitude will see you providing exceptional customer service to all guests.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests by providing an exceptional service in a fast paced, high-energy environment.A few of your responsibilities:Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage serviceMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the venues menu and current promotionsCommunicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchenCollaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless serviceMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go proceduresWhat we are looking for:Experience working in a hospitality or customer service rolePassion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industryExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsFlexible availability to meet the venue operating hoursCurrent NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)About you:Customer service comes naturally to you and you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
