Apply now Job no: 498252Work type: CasualLocation: MelbourneCategories: Customer ServiceAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and going the extra mile to help others?At Westfield Airport West, were seeking a Concierge Attendant who is dedicated to providing outstanding service and enhancing every customers visit.As the friendly face of our centre, youll play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.Occasionally supporting the Marketing team.This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster.What Sets You ApartWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual who thrives on providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences.Friendly, approachable, and confident, with a positive attitude and the ability to create a welcoming experience for customers while providing helpful and efficient service.Open-minded and adaptable, comfortable to engage with a diverse range of customers.Ability to actively listen, think on your feet and resolve customer issues.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail and hospitality.Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.About usScentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
