About the Role:North Line Copper is excited to offer an opportunity for a Process Supervisor to join our team, overseeing copper processing operations at the Lady Annie Mine in Mount Isa, Queensland. This full-time position operates on a 14 days on, 14 days off roster. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our copper processing plant.Key Responsibilities:Supervising and coordinating the activities of process plant operators and maintainers to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective productionMonitoring production, quality, and environmental parameters and taking appropriate action to optimise plant performanceIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing process optimisation initiativesProviding technical guidance and support to the process team, and contributing to the development of standard operating proceduresEnsuring all work is carried out in compliance with North Line Copper''s health, safety, and environmental policiesParticipating in incident investigations and implementing corrective actionsPreparing production reports and other documentation as requiredKey Requirements:Proven experience in a supervisory roleExtensive experience in mining operations, particularly in processing facilitiesStrong understanding of Solvent Extraction, Electrowinning, and Heap Leach processesProven leadership skills with a focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellenceAbility to manage maintenance activities, personnel, and production targets effectivelyCommitment to continuous improvement and cost managementProficient in the use of computerized process control and reporting systemsCurrent driver''s license and ability to work rotating shiftsWhat We Offer:North Line Copper is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
