This role extends beyond traditional finance, requiring a strategic leader who can contribute to the firms growth, capital deployment, operational performance and take a central role in investor engagement.Key Responsibilities:Financial & Strategic Leadership Lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring best-practice financial management, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.Investor & Client Engagement Work closely with family office, corporate, and sovereign investors, providing insights, financial reporting, and strategic guidance.Capital Deployment & Fundraising Partner with the CEO and C-suite team to drive investment initiatives, structure transactions, and manage the capital-raising process.Treasury & Risk Management Oversee cash management, funding structures, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance with investment agreements.Investment Management & Commercial Operations Support acquisitions, asset valuations, and investment decision-making, working with external advisors to execute deals and optimise portfolio performance.Governance & Compliance Ensure regulatory, tax, and legal obligations are met, including oversight of ASIC, ATO, FIRB reporting, and company secretarial duties for key entities.ABOUT YOUProven CFO or senior finance professional.
