Create a free Lawyers Weekly Jobs accountContribute to this close-knit legal team and family business in the building industry; manage your team of two (2); designated car park; Sth West.Responsibilities:Assist HR team.Management and board reporting.Court appearances & instructing Counsel.Skills & Experience:You will be a lawyer with 10+ years of commercial law experience construction, property, insurance, employment law and litigation.Your Role:Will see you reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with two (2) direct reports as part of the legal team (including conveyancers and paralegals).Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other Group Managers in the corporate structure including design, sales and operations. Management and Board reporting as General Counsel.Your litigation will include attendance on directions hearings, conciliation conferences and contested applications in various jurisdictions NCAT, IRC, Local, District and Supreme Courts (including Security of Payment legislation).
