Barwon Health is committed to developing a vibrant culture of education, training and research that advances health and wellbeing for all.About The RoleThe Workplace Relations Partner is responsible for the effective delivery of contemporary HR services to the organisation, consistent with best practice and compliant with relevant policies and processes. This includes providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring in line with Barwon Healths values and strategic priorities.Provide quality, timely advice and coaching support to line managers on employee relations-related issues such as performance management, managing grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff-related complaints requiring P&C advice, mediation or coordination of investigations.Interpret and provide practical working advice to management and employees on relevant Industrial Instruments covering employee groups.Partner with line managers on the management of significant change and support the process of Change Impact Statements with key stakeholders.About YouSound generalist human resources/employee relations/industrial relations skills and experience, preferably in a medium to large complex organisation.Excellent people, interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.Customer-focused and ability to develop strong, effective relationships with stakeholders.Ability to innovate and implement organisational changes and programs.Highly developed organisational and time management skills and attention to detail.Experience presenting to large groups of all levels and communicating effectively verbally and in writing.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver to key timeframes.Experience in the Health sector or related industry would be well regarded.Barwon Health staff benefitsExcellent working conditions with a high sense of job satisfaction.A vibrant staff wellbeing program and access to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Program.Wide range of professional development opportunities to enhance your career.Attractive salary packaging benefits.
