Exciting Senior Executive Officer opportunity in the Office of the Senior Executive Director in the Victim Support. A key member of the team, the Senior Executive Officer provides high a level, effective and confidential executive support to the Senior Executive Director and the Manager.You will be responsible for the coordination and response to incoming requests to the Office of the Senior Executive Director, including ministerial and executive correspondence, department and cross government, reporting, briefing material and other administration tasks.Bring your experience supporting a senior executive, flair for correspondence, outstanding attention to detail, professionalism and customer focus and join a small, collaborative and supportive team. This position reports to the Manager.Victim Support leads the development of the Queensland Government''s victim support reforms and commitments, including to:Ensure that victims of crime from across Queensland are appropriately and proactively supported and provided with the upmost support and humanity.Design and deliver a professional victim advocacy service for victims of crime in Queensland, in consultation with key stakeholders and victims to ensure it is practical and makes a real difference.Explore place-based models of trauma recovery and healing.As Senior Executive Officer You Will SpecificallySupport the Senior Executive Director with high-quality confidential executive, administrative and project assistance including diary management, travel arrangements and coordination.Provide high-level secretariat support for meetings and committees, including bookings, preparing agendas, papers and minutes, and following up on action items.Ensure high standards are maintained regarding the management of Ministerial and executive briefs, parliamentary documents and correspondence.Manage diary and coordinate documents that are of a high standard, are fit for purpose and delivered within specified or agreed timeframes.Proactively manage the office inboxes as well as the Office of the Senior Executive Director mailbox, and all incoming correspondence.
