To be successful to interview, you MUST have managed a large format store, or you have managed multiple stores that have smaller teams, with a turnover exceeding $5 million & 20+ team members.You will have prior experience in either fashion, accessories, footwear or beauty stores, & you are passionate about leading, mentoring, coaching & driving your team to success.This business is fast, fun, complex & big, so unless you have experience with the above, best not to apply for this one as we are only selecting THE BEST!Key Responsibilities:Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved, if not exceededOptimise and elevate store profitability through strategic business planning and analysis of store sales densityLead by example to set management expectations across your team and manage performanceTrain, mentor and coach team members to work towards goals and succession planningManage team (Shop Floor and/or Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective mannerProactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkageExecute effective Visual Merchandising by presenting product to the business standards that will attract, engage, and motivate customers to purchase.Skills Required:An experienced and well-rounded retailer with a minimum of 2-5 years managing a large format store (multi million dollar turnover & an excess of 20+ staff)Experience in training, coaching and developing large teamsHave a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI''sPrior experience at effectively managing rosters and wage controlHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectationsHave a can-do attitude and have the drive to learn and growThis is an outstanding opportunity.
