You will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal counsel to the business and work hand-in-hand with senior executives contributing to and shaping the future of the company.Working closely with a team of high performing, experienced lawyers in the Melbourne office, you will support your business stakeholders through a wide range of complex and exciting commercial arrangements, advise on risk and strategy as well as be a key legal support on a range of areas such as competition and marketing, IP/IT, regulatory matters, corporate, privacy etc.Skills & ExperienceCorporate & Commercial Lawyers with 6-9 years PQE will be considered. However, it is essential that at least part of your experience is gained from a well known, large, national or top tier Australian law firm.Also essential, is your appetite to work in an advisory capacity, not purely transactional.Experience in regulatory compliance, corporate/commercial, consumer and competition law, privacy/data, digital law will be highly valued.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment.Ability and enthusiasm to be a key legal lead & advisor across the business.Outstanding interpersonal skills, confidence and sharp business acumen.A motivated and team focused individual who can demonstrate a love of learning and is enthusiastic about career progression and making a difference.If this sounds like you and you want to be part of this iconic company then we''d love to hear from you!
