Leverage our cutting-edge Network Assurance Framework to make data-driven decisions that boost efficiency, ensure compliance, maximize revenue, and cut costs.What youll doConduct in-depth analysis of retail operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and optimise processes.Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives within the Retail Operations team.Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to inform decision-making.Your experienceRelevant tertiary qualification in commerce, economics, mathematics or other relevant numeric disciplineExperience in performing settlements or transactional function and ability to analyse and interpret results and identify key issuesHands on experience in SQL, Excel and analytics toolsDemonstrated willingness and ability to learn new skillsHighly developed ability to work in a team environment and effectively prioritise workloadIf you like the sound of this, and you''ve got experience in a similar role, we''d love to talk to you.
