Austcorp Executive is partnering with a mining and technology company, who is involved in exciting projects all across Australia with Tier One mining operators. We are actively recruiting for a HR Advisor to cover for 12-months of maternity leave. As the HR Advisor your deliverables will include: End-to-end recruitment On-boarding and Off-boarding of employees Involvement in employee relations Involvement in performance management Creation and implementation of HR initiatives HR administration remuneration changes, prepare employment letters etc Conduct workplace investigations Coordinate employment training programs HR Data collection, analysis and reporting Your professional experience will include: Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent industry experience 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment Computer literate Software & Microsoft Office suite competency If this role is of interest, you are open to a change or looking for a clear pathway for future progression opportunities please call Chris on 0420 540 592 and/or submit your most updated CV through the link. #J-18808-Ljbffr
