You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective safety support services to our Mining team.Reporting to the Safety Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment and safety culture among our employees and contractors.Provide advice and assistance to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, Codes of Practice, processes and ProceduresIdentify risk and non-compliance issuesImplement OHS critical risk management programsCoach and mentor frontline leaders and management in workplace inspectionsConduct system auditing to verify compliance against our safety standards & legislative requirementsPerform investigations on incidents and assist Operations to implement adequate corrective actionsInterpret safety data, incident investigations, and injury management casesWhat is required?Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and SafetyExtensive experience in a similar role within the Mining and Resources industryDemonstrated success in leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing diverse teamsStrong understanding of Safety Management and a positive approach to the implementation and execution of pragmatic management systemsTapRooT / ICAM experience is desirableTAE Certification is highly advantageousAbout CSI Mining ServicesA wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN), CSI Mining Services is a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services unique to the resources industry.
