Must be well groomed with a professional outlook.Excellent telephone manner, must have a ''can do'' attitude and problem solving skills.Minute taking experience desirable but can be taught on the job.Minimum of 3 years administration experience preferred. Experience using MSL back of house system and Wix online booking system an advantage.Understanding of the hospitality industry or having a Club background is an advantage.Must be able to work and communicate effectively with staff as well as members and the board. Position requires candidate to work autonomously and as part of a team, taking responsibility for meeting deadlines and own time management.Be motivated and help your team meet timelines and uphold our professional image.Tasks & responsibilitiesGeneral administration duties, answering phones, actioning emails, face to face communications.Monitoring & maintaining our online booking system and website.Producing marketing material and flyers to be displayed in the Club and on the website to promote Club events to members and guests, experience with Canva preferable.Maintaining bookings diary for both casual dining and functions.Working with the staff and convenors on functions, assisting with event administration, producing table plans, place cards and guest lists.First point of contact for membership enquires and becoming familiar with the constitutional requirements surrounding Club membership.Working with the Chair of the Membership & Marketing Committee and attending monthly meetings, collating paperwork, speaking with new members and actioning membership requests.Strive towards providing high quality work in an appropriate time frame at all times.BenefitsOn site parking provided.Staff meal options available.Close to public transport.Be part of a supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
