The right candidate is required to prioritise and allocate resources to the mobile maintenance planned work packages ready for execution by the maintenance teams.Location: The Telfer Gold Mine is located in the Great Sandy Desert in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and produces copper and gold. Site facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pool and recreational areas.About The RoleFIFO from Perth8:6 ALL DAYS rosterRoles And ResponsibilitiesReview and maintain LTP with 1 month, 3 month and 12 month horizonsPlace materials orders for task related workDevelop and maintain the long term component forecastMaintaining and updating records of maintenance costs, plant history and task changes within the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)Organising external service providers as requiredProviding site support for maintenance and KPI reportingAssisting with the generation of long term budget forecasts and strategyIdentify scope, work steps resources and equipment required to achieve planned jobsCo-ordinate and organise maintenance statutory inspections and complianceAbout You5-10 years'' mining or maintenance experienceDemonstrated experience with various Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Direct experience with heavy mobile equipment maintenanceOEM Warranty experienceExcellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritize accordinglyAdvanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationshipsSound knowledge of OEM parts systems and literature, particularly SIS, CaterpillarPrevious experience using OEM parts systems with CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, CumminsWhile not essential, holding a trade qualification - Heavy Diesel Mechanic and knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and processes would be regarded favourably.This role is suitable for both advanced heavy mobile Planners and Supervisors exposed to work management processes seeking a change from the FIFO environment.Employee benefitsOngoing career development opportunities - Challenge.
