You will also undertake research and/or engagement activities that align with the Facultys existing and emerging priorities.About youWe are seeking innovative and progressive early to mid-career academics with experience in teaching at a tertiary level in early childhood education using active learning and flexible approaches to teaching, including online.At a Lecturer level, you will have expertise in leading and undertaking design, implementation and evaluation of curriculum and resources that support and enhance the effectiveness of student learning.Research and/or leadership experience that supports positive outcomes for the unique challenges faced by international students and experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative work-integrated-learning experiences for ECEC students would be advantageous but not essential.Salary and benefitsThis will be a continuing (permanent) position at Academic level B, based at our Gold Coast, Lismore or Coffs Harbour campuses. Candidates based at Perth, Melbourne or Sydney will also be considered. Generous relocation support is available to those relocating to commence the appointment:Academic Level B: $110,611 $130,814 per annum, plus 17% employers contribution to superannuation.
