To find out more about VPG visit www.vpginc.com.auWhat''s the Story?We are looking for a full time Youth Support Officer to join our Atherton Tablelands Team - based across 2 local Tablelands EQ Schools and our VPG Atherton Centre.Your Impact?You will work with the Student Support Team of our local School to engage, coordinate support and provide support for children & young people regarding a wide range of social, school, family and emotional issues impacting optimal engagement. This role provides a wide variety of scope, working towards social outcomes for children & youth across the following domains:EducationHealth and Well-beingLife and Living skillsSocial Inclusion and ParticipationRelationshipsTransitioning to IndependenceYour scope could include Individual Support, Assessments, Referrals, Guidance, Co-designed Support & Engagement Planning, Interventions/Activity Facilitation, Group work, Advocacy.The BenefitsIn addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous tax-free salary sacrifice benefits up to $15,900 and up to an additional $2,650 for entertainment benefits per annum, as VPG is an Australian Charity.
