The role offers a 45 hour working week between Monday and Saturday.As a Tyre Technician you will:Be competent in carrying out tyre fitting and tyre repairs on a variety of cars and light vehiclesMaintain the highest quality of workmanshipEnsure the work is carried out in line with Company policies and proceduresAdhere to all Health and Safety requirementsYour responsibilities will include:Accurate tyre repairs and tyre fitting to all makes of vehiclesPerform repairs when required providing quality workmanship at all times, seeking advice and guidance when necessaryTo maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and proceduresRemove and refit components and carry out related adjustmentsHelp the Company maintain its industry leading standardsSkills, experience and qualities required:Proven experience and background as a competent Tyre Fitter either through experience gained through continued employment or an ApprenticeshipFull Clean UK Driving LicenceAble to produce high quality work within specified time framesAble to work independently or as part of a busy team in a fast-paced dynamic environmentProactive approach and able to work on own initiativeThe ability to multitask and make appropriate decisions to benefit company performanceExperience of working in a similar role (qualifications desirable but not essential)Reliable and able to work to deadlinesFriendly and approachable mannerOur ValuesAt the Micheldever Group Ltd, we aim to build a learning culture by empowering our people to drive their skill, behaviour and career development whilst learning in the moment.Apply today to join the Protyre - Micheldever team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
