Our advanced logistics network stretches across the State, connecting the growers of WA with our people, and providing opportunities for career growth in different roles and locations.The RoleOur Fertiliser team operate a bulk granular and liquid fertiliser import and distribution business across WA. Due to our upcoming busy period we are looking for casual team members to join us until July 2025 at the Kwinana Fertiliser Terminal.In the role, working with a great team you will establish and operate the site in order to receive, maintain and outload fertiliser. Working across various functions, you will focus on quality assurance, task assignment and the opportunity to recommend improvements to operating processes. Shifts consist of days and afternoons with occasional nights.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, maintain and outload fertiliserEnsure transporters are aware of operating proceduresRaise and resolve maintenance inspections and repairsEnsure appropriate safety procedures / standards are adhered to for all site functionsProvide an interface between the CBH Group, growers and the fertiliser businessAssist with internal/external audit requirements and compliance tasksEnsure appropriate equipment and tools are available and maintained in a serviceable and calibrated conditionAbout you:Experience in storage and handling of bulk productsDemonstrated understanding of safety awarenessWell-developed verbal and written communication skillsForklift and Front End Loader tickets desirableWhy work with CBH?Work with a good bunch of peopleWe are a good bunch of people working together.
