We value what our staff bring and offer recognition and incentive programs to celebrate our achievements.We have an exciting opportunity for a National Business Development Manager to join our team!The National Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the development, specification, and profitability within growth sectors assigned. This involves managing pipelines, market research, solution selling, new business development, product presentations, and compliance with company standards.Your new role:Reporting to the National Major Projects Manager, the National Business Development Manager can be based at any of the EzyStrut branches in SA, WA, QLD, NSW or VIC!Duties include:Pipeline Management: Overseeing lead management and reporting on project progress.Market Research: Conducting analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Solution Selling: Providing tailored technical solutions, including product specifications.Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Presentations and Estimations: Conducting product presentations and preparing estimates.Monitoring & Reporting: Reporting on project pipeline, market opportunities, and sales activities.Travel: National travel as required.Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant policies, standards, and health and safety regulations.Quality & Continuous Improvement: Fostering a culture of quality improvement and compliance.You will bring:Familiarity with EzyStrut products and services (desirable)Experience in solution-based technical sales (desirable)Proven track record in industrial salesAbility to provide innovative solutions to customers needsStrong focus on customer satisfaction and time managementProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics softwareAt EzyStrut, you will enjoy:Competitive remuneration plus KPI incentivesSecure ongoing employment in a growing ASX listed companyCollaborative and supportive work environment that values innovation and continuous improvementEligibility for company share bonus after 2 years of serviceEmployee referral programCharity and community support programsAccess to our employee assistance programKorvest celebrates our diverse and inclusive workforce.
