Were always looking for better ways to deliver for our customers and for our people.About the roleWe are looking for a Gas Fitter to join Origins Customer Solutions team. Youll provide Gas Fitting services for the installation and maintenance of gas equipment at Origin customer sites.Responsibilities:Complete new scheduled LPG installations in line with required codes and standards.Actively participate in all residential, commercial, and industrial installations in the area.Provide advice on LPG installations to customers and internal contacts.Determine the most appropriate way to complete an installation.Complete required documents under the permit to work system (training supplied).Review existing installations to ensure they comply with current industry standards and Origin codes and provide information or quotes to bring them up to current standards.Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner, applying Origin''s permit to work system.Complete records in accordance with statutory and company requirements for bulk tanks and cylinders.Promote Origin services to and build relationships with customers to ensure the best possible return for the business.Provide quotations for account managers for new or upgraded installations in line with required codes and standards - this also includes Plumbing and Type B if you hold the relevant qualifications.Is This You?You are a trade qualified Gas Fitter, with G and/or I/P license & exposure to LPG or industrial gases.Prior domestic experience with exposure to performing B type servicing, breakdowns, and installation of gas appliances.
