This could include working for our Conference and Events team serving a gala dinner or working corporate functions, Waitstaff for our Longhorn Restaurant, stirring and shaking up cocktails in the Birdcage bar or pouring beers in our other bars across the venue.What you will bring to the role:Proven experience in a Food & Beverage environment.Minimum basic knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails.Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation, or the ability to obtain.Availability to work across a range of shifts, including day and night events that may be rostered on weekdays as well as weekends and public holidays.A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate both slow periods and thriving busy times.Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Please note we will be holding a group style interview for these roles on Thursday 10 April 2025 from 11:00am 12:30pm at Wrest Point.An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.What you can expect from us:Along with this fantastic role working in the kitchens at the heart of iconic Wrest Point, you will also receive:Delicious FREE staff meal available per shift.FREE secure onsite parking.Access to hundreds of discounts across many brands, helping you save on everyday expenses, including phone bills, fuel and groceries, fashion, restaurants, and entertainment.Supportive work environment with learning and development opportunities.Interested?
