In this vital role, you will be responsible for leading and promoting Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across our construction sites in New South Wales. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, and visitors, while fostering a culture of safety within the organization.As an HSE Advisor, you will collaborate with project teams to develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and practices. You will conduct regular site inspections and audits, provide training and support, and actively contribute to the identification and mitigation of risks.
