Telum is working with a national company that is a market leader in precast concrete products.We are seeking a WHS Co-ordinator to work at their site in Rutherford.The role involves working collaboratively with team members to achieve risk reduction/management, injury prevention, and continual improvement.Responsibilities Include:Work closely with teams to maintain the health, safety, and environmental systems.Ensure compliance with internal and legislative requirements.Support the business with internal and external audits.Continuously assess the work environment for injury prevention, by engaging employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Investigate incidents and workplace injuries.Maintain files and documentation to meet internal and legislative requirements.The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:Previous work experience in a construction, civil, or precast environment.A passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiencies, and reliability.Experience working in a high-risk environment and promoting a safety culture.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.Ability to work independently and complete tasks autonomously without direction.Cert IV in WHS minimum.Apply NOW #J-18808-Ljbffr
