About the Role Part-time | Minimum 15 hours per weekBe the face of our hotel first impressions matter! Youll handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a smile.Reservations & guest services from booking dream getaways to assisting with special requests, youll help create unforgettable experiences.A little bit of everything from front desk duties to lending a hand with light housekeeping, youll keep things running smoothly.Bring passion, attention to detail, and a love for great service to every shift! What Were Looking For Experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping is a plus, but not essential we can teach you!A people person through and through you love making guests feel special.Someone self-motivated, organised, and proactive you take initiative and get things done.Immaculately presented with a professional yet warm and friendly demeanour.Able to work well under pressure and keep cool in any situation.Flexible availability our hotel operates 7 days a week, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
