Accountant Part-Time (both tax and general accounting) TraralgonTraralgon, Victoria, AustraliaOur client, an established tax and general accounting company in Traralgon, is seeking an Accountant for part-time hours.We are seeking an experienced accountant to assist with this firm''s accounting business.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.Management of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.Preparation and lodgement of BAS and other statutory compliance requirements.Cash flow management and forecasting.Reconciliation of bank accounts and other key balance sheet accounts.Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function.Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.What We''re Looking For:1-2+ years of experience in a financial accounting role.A Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it).Strong understanding of taxation regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.A genuine interest in contributing to the success of an organisation with a strong social purpose.Seniority Level:Entry levelEmployment Type:Part-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
