You will also be responsible for maintaining sustainable and profitable, long-term client relationships, ensuring optimal customer outcomes are pursued and achieved.Support on development of Australia and Singapore Auto Strategy and lead execution of growth initiativesFacilitate, develop and optimize sustainable client relationshipResponsible for the commercial management and development of Heavy Machinery clients within Australia and New ZealandMonitors business performance and develop remedial plans as necessary to achieve the required business objectivesEnsure relevant client services and offerings are delivered and generate incremental business value by effective cost base management and driving a continuous improvement agenda to improve productivity and efficiency.Be able to support new tender responsesApply governance and risk management frameworks in accordance with obligations to shareholders, clients and customerMonitoring of customer outcomes and identifying and delivering improvements to the overall customer experienceManage the pipeline of new and existing business, reporting monthly client activity to the Head of Auto AUNegotiate contracts with clients, vendors and distributors for growth and maintenance of existing programs and offeringsDoes this sound like you?Minimum 7 years sales related experience, 5 of which should be in Financial Services, Insurance or related industriesExperience of working in a heavily regulated environmentExperience of managing and building relationships with clients and other external stakeholdersExperience of formulating and delivering strategic plansProven analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of project management principles that deliver business outcomesStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivateExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDemonstrated strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlinesAbility to work autonomously and contribute as part of a high performing teamInterested?
