This hands-on role involves monitoring logistics and distribution information, addressing deviations such as inventory adjustments and delivery schedule changes, and maintaining data integrity. The administrator proactively resolves issues, reports on delivery discrepancies, and communicates key concerns to Logistics Coordinators and the broader team.Role & Responsibilities:Oversee data gathering internally and with 3PL service providers to ensure accuracy and completeness.Monitor and report on logistics data, including S8 and poison licence reporting, inventory adjustments, and transport DOT reporting.Assist with delivery issues, customer returns, inventory discrepancies, and daily problem-solving tasks.Work with the Arrotex team and 3PLs to assess inventory accuracy and resolve damage or short-shipped claims.Ensure operational excellence by reviewing key 3PL reports (FEFO excursions, con-note errors, stock adjustments, LOT/DOT performance).Maintain inventory integrity, monitor batch reconciliations, and address discrepancies within allowable thresholds.Follow up on DOT/LOT metrics, escalating issues with 3PL partners as needed to ensure timely deliveries.Update the Late PO exception report and review shipper labels for compliance and accuracy.Coordinate customer goods collection and freight bookings with 3PLs, ensuring timely updates.Maintain a schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual logistics tasks, audits, and reports.Engage with internal teams, 3PLs, and wholesalers for effective supply chain operations.Promote a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to HSW guidelines.Skills & Experience:Experience in distribution, warehouse, inventory, or customer service, ideally within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or grocery industries.Advanced skills in Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Forms.Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic logistics environment.Ability to think critically, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.Ability to manage deadlines, track progress, and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.High accuracy and meticulous focus on quality, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.Capability to support teams and stakeholders effectively.Advanced written, verbal, and listening skills, producing professional and error-free correspondence.Ability to work independently and within a team, negotiate persuasively, and engage with stakeholders at various levels.Capability to switch tasks efficiently, balancing regular duties and project work.Ability to analyse data, present insights clearly, and optimize supply chain processes.Use of logic and reasoning to validate information, assess situations, and make informed decisions.Benefits & Perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
