As an Analyst in our Change Management and Governance function youll be responsible for and make an impact by:Support scoping, design and implementation of Regulatory ChangeRegulatory Change - supporting BAU initiative & projectsMonitor Governance processes and execute controls validationCo-ordinate responses to audit findings and monitor execution of management responsesSupporting other functions and stakeholders as requiredThis is a permanent full-time position that can be based in our Melbourne or Adelaide Head Offices. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of minimum two days per week in the office, increasing to 60% in July 2025.What youll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, its essential to have:More than 2 years experience in regulatory reporting &/or financial reporting role or a comparable roleExperience in change management within the financial services industryStrong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills to be able to build and develop relationships with stakeholdersIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsA knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals!While not essential, these will be highly advantageous:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, complemented by a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent).So, why work for us?Want to be more than just a number?
