We are Vicinity.Reporting to the National Campaign Manager, the key purpose of the Campaign Manager is to manage the development and delivery of campaigns, programs and content ensuring alignment to objectives and brand guidelines across all elements of the campaign mix. Part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the development of the asset segment strategy and brand guidelines and be the custodian for the asset segment.This will involve utilising consumer research and insights to develop marketing frameworks and toolkits tailored for our asset segments and supporting in the delivery and execution of activity. This will include initiatives that support the strategic direction of the segment, such as brand awareness activity (as required), sales initiatives, digital content, partnerships, media, events and activations that can be customised and tailored to the needs of our consumers ensuring sustainable long-term consumer loyalty and competitive advantage for our portfolio of centres.You will be responsible for end-to-end support for campaign planning, development, and execution. You will work closely with the Brand & Marketing team, Sponsorships & Partnerships Manager and Digital Marketing team to collaborate and coordinate deliverables across internal subject matter experts, external agencies and a wide array of internal stakeholders to deliver best practice campaigns. You will develop processes and leverage technology to support effective collaboration and input from stakeholders. Through clear communication, organisation, and agile work methodologies, you will be responsible for all aspects of campaign development and management.The campaign team manages complex national B2C campaigns that are aligned to asset segment strategies and are tailored to support the diverse needs of our shopping centres and consumers, to deliver real results. There is a need to leverage and facilitate localisation while achieving efficiency through scale.Key AccountabilitiesAll elements of the annual performance cycle are completed by the due date (including goal setting, mid-year reviews, EOY conversations)Regular 1:1s, team meetings and development conversations conducted - minimum monthly cadencePerformance issues are managed in an effective and timely mannerQuarterly development conversations conducted with all team members100% of compliance training is completed on time for teamAll health and safety, risk and compliance requirements are delivered across the teamEffective management of budgets as per forecast with demonstrated focus on managing costDemonstrated commitment to building own capability as a people leaderContribute to the development of the asset segment marketing strategy and brand guidelines (as required)End-to-end campaign planning, ideation, and management including programs, activations and digital and social contentProject management of campaign deliverables and milestones ensuring up-to-date tracking of deliverables and deadlinesResponsible for budget development and management for each campaignContribute to successful campaign operationalisation and delivery across all elements and touchpointsEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable the successful development and delivery of campaignsEnsure that all elements of the campaign are optimised to deliver campaign objectivesAccountable for on-time delivery of nominated campaigns and programs for the asset segmentResponsible for campaign reporting that drives insights for future activityResponsible for end-to-end compliance of campaigns across all corporate policies and legal requirementsAdministrative and reporting duties will include and are not limited to preparing reports and presentations;
