The Fuel Scheduler is responsible for managing all customer fuel-related activities throughout the lifecycle of equipment hire. This includes calculating fuel requirements, scheduling refuels, monitoring fuel levels via ARM alerts, and coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors. A strong customer focus, technical knowledge, and excellent planning skills are essential to succeed in this role.Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards.Be part of a dynamic logistics team ensuring smooth fleet operations.Work in a collaborative environment with opportunities for career growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.Work from home or in a local service centre based in Braeside, Victoria.Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement.Safety-focused culture.Community volunteering program.What you''ll do:Ensure all activities support a seamless and high-quality customer experience, working closely with Labour, Equipment, and Transport Schedulers to coordinate activities; communicating clearly and in a timely manner with Customer Service Representatives regarding delivery/collection times and any issues or delays.Monitor customer fuel levels and respond promptly to low fuel alerts via ARM, calculating fuel usage and scheduling timely refueling; arranging initial fuel-ups upon delivery and draining upon collection of equipment while maintaining full documentation of all fuel-related activities.Liaise daily with internal and external fuel suppliers to arrange deliveries and collections; raise purchase orders (POs) and manage related administrative processes; ensure all fuel charges are appropriately recharged to customers and oversee supplier compliance with safety and performance standards.Work toward achieving fuel recovery, revenue, and cost-efficiency goals while accurately report on fuel metrics and outcomes as required.To thrive in this role, you''ll have the following skills and experience:Experience in fuel or operational service coordination preferred.Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.High attention to detail and process accuracy.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style.Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.If you''re ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in a dynamic environment, apply now to be a part of our dedicated team at Aggreko.Join us.
