Demonstrating strong digital acumen and a creative mindset you understand the importance of integrated communications, and the connection to positioning and commerciality in business.To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will:Formal qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years experience in marketing, agency exposure highly regardedDemonstrated social media planning and execution, TikTok highly regardedExperience in retail marketing or FMCG, global brand highly regardedAdobe Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premiere ProWorking within the marketing function you will drive activities in line with the content strategy and support the delivery of the annual Marketing plan. This will include managing end to end executions of integrated campaigns. Proactively contribute to paid and owned marketing campaigns. Lead local owned social media content planning and execution. Produce clear communication briefs and secure a high quality of execution that will deliver relevant and inspiring campaigns to reach the campaign objectives. Ensure creative execution in all media is aligned with the IKEA brand values, visual and copy identity guidelines. Secure that the results are consistent, relevant and engaging. Collaborate cross-functionally in the execution of the marketing and commercial plans regarding content creation, localising global content, optimisation and content management. Collaborate & co-create with external agencies, agency management and campaign follow up.
