We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join the Donaldson MSA Team.The purpose of this role is to be the connection between the MSA sales team and the customer service team to deliver a world-class experience for our MSA customers. Core duties will include:Single point of contact for Territory Managers at head office.Provides assistance with customer enquiries such as availability, pricing, delivery advice, SIRs, and PIRs.Is the first point of contact and coverage for when a Territory Manager is on leave or uncontactable.Works with the product team when referring technical advice to and from customers.Managing the rebates including the implementation and admin of rebate express.Is the main contact point for all system-related master-shell issues. This includes entering of MSA price lists into R12 and contract/promo pricing, customer set-up issues, and works with the MDM team to correct errors.Takes instruction from Senior Sales Manager III MSA regarding distribution of all sales communications to distributors and dealers, including price lists, product bulletins, and recalls.Maintains and manages CRM from an MSA perspective.Assists with maintenance of Phocas system.Generates BI monthly sales reports for TMs and Management.The successful applicant will have:Strong analytical skills with immediate to advanced Excel skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong data entry and research skills.Good mechanical aptitude.Great analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and with a team.Knowledge of diesel-powered truck applications, agriculture equipment, and construction equipment is highly desirable.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have data entry experience?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?Do you own or have regular access to a car? #J-18808-Ljbffr
