The CSO is often the first person a new or current client, visitor or stakeholder will have a telephone or face to face contact with when connecting to Cafs. The purpose of this position is to provide administration support, general information and advice on Cafs services and daily operations, connect clients to the relevant practitioner, team member or program ensuring high quality service experiences. As part of this role the CSO works closely with the broader Client Services Team and Organisation to ensure each person is offered a trusted, consistent, therapeutic approach when accessing our services with a high level of professionalism, respect, integrity, collaboration and kindness. You will have previous experience working in a client facing support role or a customer service role.
