In this role, youll drive research and development across various market segments.If youre looking for a rewarding career and passionate about product development, apply now to make your mark with us.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm (38 hours a week)As a Research & Development Lead, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Oversee the creation of new food products by defining technical requirements, applying scientific principles, and ensuring high-quality production, packaging, and processing.Create and refine product samples, working closely with engineers, flavor experts, packaging specialists, and marketers to ensure products meet market needs.Drive projects from concept to first production, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful market launch.Identify opportunities to enhance flavor, texture, nutrition, and packaging while optimising production efficiency.Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing teams, lead NPD meetings, and provide regular project updates.Desired Skills and ExperienceTo thrive in this role, you will have:5+ years'' experience in the food industry, with a focus on new product development.Proven track record in developing and launching new products.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently with initiative and flexibility.Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills.At Sunny Queen, we value diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
