This role will specifically be working on our Telstra Wireless projects.ABOUT YOUSafety & Compliance Lead by example in maintaining a Zero Harm culture, ensuring a safe work environment, and complying with industry standards.Operations Management Oversee service delivery, set milestones, assign responsibilities, and ensure projects align with changing needs.Project Management Develop methodologies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate meetings, provide project updates, and effectively communicate changes and improvements to stakeholders.Financial Management Track and report on project costs, manage budgets, optimize revenue, and ensure financial compliance.Leadership & Team Development Foster a culture of excellence, support career growth, drive innovation, and enhance team efficiency.Client & Supplier Relations Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.Regulatory & Compliance Oversight Ensure adherence to legal and organizational requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
