This role demands a rare blend of technical mastery, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills.Strategic SAP Technology Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive SAP technology roadmap aligned with our clients'' business objectives.Innovation and Best Practices: Lead the identification and implementation of innovative SAP solutions and best practices that drive business value and competitive advantage.Team Leadership and Development: Oversee the work of multiple Principal and Senior SAP Basis Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.Client-Facing Engagement: Serve as the chief advisor to our most strategic clients, providing expert guidance on SAP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.Partnership and Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with SAP and other key technology vendors, ensuring access to the latest SAP innovations and resources.Enterprise Architecture and Governance: Define and enforce SAP architecture principles, standards, and governance across the organization.Thought Leadership: Represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to thought leadership publications, and stay abreast of emerging SAP trends and technologies.Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change associated with major SAP initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high user adoption rates.Required educationBachelor''s DegreePreferred educationBachelor''s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertiseQualifications and Skills:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience can also be considered in lieu of a degree.Unparalleled expertise as an SAP Basis Consultant, with extensive experience in SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.In-depth understanding of SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.Comprehensive knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and other related technologies.Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex, large-scale SAP solutions.Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance short-term project needs with long-term strategic goals.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives and managing high-stakes client relationships.Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.This position requires a Chief SAP Basis Architect with a level of expertise who can craft our organizations SAP technology strategy, inspire innovation, and lead our highest-performing SAP professionals.
