You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings and developing great relationships with our customers. Join us and work toward progressing your career in Strata.Your duties will include the following:Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.Always delivering high quality of customer service in any situation.Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community''s future.Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.About you:You are a true problem solver and thrive with delivering solutions.You have at least 2 years experience as a Strata Manager and some knowledge of commercial portfolios. You know the legislation and can communicate this to people who might not understand as much as you.You are great at building relationships, look for win/win solutions and love turning detractors into promoters.You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments.
