The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions to align with business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in Workday HCM integrations and hands-on experience with Studio, API, Core Connector, EIB, and XSLT.If you are passionate about building enterprise solutions that drive real impact, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and translate business requirements into effective Workday HCM solutions.Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Payroll.Develop and maintain business and functional specifications for Workday HCM integrations.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Workday HCM solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Stay updated on the latest Workday HCM features and industry best practices.Essential Qualifications & ExperienceTertiary Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Workday HCM Certification (Mandatory).5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (with at least 8 years in the Software Development Life Cycle).Strong expertise in Studio, API, Core Connector, EIB, and XSLT.Experience with Integration Security.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Preferred Skills & ExperienceFunctional knowledge of HCM/TT modules.Experience working on large-scale and complex Workday projects.Strong customer engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.Additional SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities.Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionConsulting, Information Technology, and Project ManagementIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
