The main focus of this role will be to manage our training and assessment portfolio, ensuring that we comply with appropriate regulatory compliance, and maximise the benefits of this program for our workforce.This role will be responsible for:Ensuring the site meets its compliance obligations with respect to mandatory training requirementsDesigning and developing training and assessment materials for operational training and assessment of manufacturing team membersAdministering and maintaining training and assessment records for the Maryvale millMaintaining our training databaseDelivering and assessing training as requiredDiscover YourselfThis is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished training professional who enjoys delivering both high value strategic initiatives and day to day critical operational matters.
