Youll work closely with Nina Las Vegas and the wider NLV ecosystem to drive artist campaigns, support releases, and contribute to the evolving culture of the label.Youll also play a key role in shaping the creative and cultural direction of NLV. This includes contributing ideas for campaigns, merch, visual identity, events and brand collaborations. Its important to us that you stay tapped into global club culture, underground music scenes, diverse communities and digital trends. Not shy of suggesting innovative ways to promote our artists and grow our world. Were energised by new ideas and thinking differently.Together, well build a future-facing and authentic cultural presence for both the label and its artists.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESArtist Management (Day-to-Day)Be the go-to person for artist communication, scheduling and planningSupport all aspects of artist activity including tour logistics, advancing, marketing, press timelines, release rollouts, brand partnerships, merchandise, and content calendarsLiaise with agents, labels, collaborators, creatives, PR, and brand partners across AU/UK/US territoriesCirculate regular artist and team updates, ensuring all members of artist''s wider team are in the loop on the latest informationTrack assets, deliverables, and approvals - keeping everything moving with clarity and momentumKeep artist assets, including one sheet, bio, highlights, press, live images, website and DSP profiles current and up to dateMaintain accountability for budgets and financial tracking across projectsWork closely with legal and administrative support to define responsibilities and ensure contract-related tasks are handled efficientlyKeep everything running smoothly while staying proactive and looking out for new opportunitiesLabel SupportAssist in the delivery of NLV Records music - from fine-tuning metadata, DSP pitching, timeline and release schedule managementWork with our distributor (The Orchard) to submit releases on time, with all deliverables and supporting informationSupport with campaign reporting, data tracking and keep all team stakeholders across relevant updatesCoordinate with freelance creatives, press teams and digital platforms as neededYOU SHOULD HAVEIdeally 23+ years experience in music or cultural project management (label, agency, management, production or touring)Strong understanding of the release process and digital music landscapeExcellent organisational, time management and communication skillsA passion for artist development and cultural storytellingGood taste, with an interest in the intersection of music, art, fashion, sport and communityFamiliarity with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Asana and DSP platformsBonus if you have experience working across brand partnerships or social content planningWORKING WITH USWere a small but mighty team that values clear communication, creativity, flexibility and care.
