As a Senior Health Insurance Advisor, youll engage with hot outbound leads in a consultative, relaxed approach, as customers have already agreed to a review - no dialler system. You''ll perform a needs analysis and provide tailored health insurance solutions that best fit their circumstances. With uncapped commission, top-tier training, and a premium office environment, this is your chance to join a growing company and take your sales career to the next level.The RoleManage outbound calls to hot leads who have already expressed interest in switching or reviewing their health insurancePerform a needs analysis to understand the customer needs so you can sell them a new policy to better suit their current health insurance needsUtilize cutting edge systems and work with Zoho, Aircall, Google Meets and Gmail to manage customer interactions effectivelyFast track your success with one-week extensive in-house training with the co-founder to get you selling quicklyFollow quality assurance checklists to make sure you are compliant on your callsThe Benefits$70,000-$100,000 package + uncapped commissionsOn-site Office located in South Yarra with free underground parkingWork flexible hours between 8am-6pm.
