Were about making a difference.About the roleThe creative team at Officeworks is looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic Brand team at our Chadstone location. As an Art Director, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand''s identity and delivering engaging communications across various platforms.Scope & Dimensions:As an Art Director reporting to the Digital Design Manager, you will drive the creative vision, working across all aspects of campaign ideation, on-set direction, and post-production delivering campaigns for both motion and stills for digital roll-out across social, screens and digital channels.Were looking for a creative and strategic thinker who will be a guardian of Officeworks visual DNA, ensuring brand consistency across all creative outputs. Youll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Content, and Social to bring our brand to life while staying ahead of design trends and culture.This is a hybrid role based out of our Chadstone Support Office in Victoria. The team comes into the office to collaborate 2-3 days a week.About youWhat youll bring:At least 5 years of experience in digital design roles, including art direction, preferably in a busy studio setting, agency, or in-house.Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in graphic design, digital design, or communications design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.Experience with performance marketing channels, such as CRM, Social, Display, and OOH.Knowledge of Figma (advantageous).Experience in on-set or location art direction for photo/video shoots and leading creative teams (advantageous).Skills/Knowledge/Attributes: Ability to develop inspiring creative concepts and lead art direction from concept to execution. Understanding of art direction and social media best practices, including social-first production. Proficiency in video editing, animation design and knowledge of social interactions and platforms. Excellent planning, time-management, and follow-through skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Agility in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple evolving projects.
