The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.About The RoleThe Team Leader/ Advanced Case Manager role has responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the CISP and ARC programs located in the Hume region, comprising of Shepparton, Wodonga and Wangaratta Magistrates courts. This role holds a caseload while providing frontline leadership and support to a multi-disciplinary team of case managers who provide support to people on bail with multiple and complex needs. This role needs to interact with administration support and work positively with the Management team to maintain operational needs.About YouYou will be a highly effective communicator with a strong commitment to providing service excellence.
