This position is responsible for leading and coordinating the school''s literacy strategies, including implementing National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) and Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA) assessments, to ensure that all students achieve their full potential and are well-prepared for their future pathways, whether university, vocational education, or employment.The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to analyse and report on NAPLAN data to plan for the use of interventions and appropriate actions to improve NAPLAN and OLNA outcomes.The successful applicant will ideally be responsible for the coordination of the following:NAPLANPlanning and Compliance: Ensure all planning aligns with the HandbookTraining Coordination: Coordinate NAPLAN Online Readiness TrainingTechnical Support Liaison: Collaborate with technical support staff for NAPLAN TestingOrganisation: Create and organise a Test Administrator PackAdjustments Coordination: Investigate and administer disability adjustmentsDocumentation Management: Transfer & store all relevant files and documentsOLNAPlanning and Compliance: Ensure planning aligns with the OLNA HandbookDashboard Management: Manage the OLNA DashboardTechnical Support Coordination: Liaise with technical support staffCollaboration with Year Coordinators: Work with Year Coordinators to obtain up-to-date student information that may impact OLNA testing.Intervention Support: Collaborate with the Education Professional Learning and Timetabling: Develop and implement professional learningWe are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to join our team. The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience in project management and a thorough understanding of NAPLAN and OLNA assessment procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable, as well as ideally having proficiency in relevant technology and software.
