We are partnered with a reputable Civil Contractor with a strong presence right across the South Island who are looking for their next Junior Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain hands-on experience and grow in a supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate schedules of quantities for civil projects.Manage design changes & cost implications.Draft & manage scopes of work and tender packages.Process & recommend progress claims for completed work.Measure and track contract variations & instructions.The Ideal CandidateDiploma or Bachelors in Quantity Surveying or similar.Exposure to civil construction projects.Experience dealing with subcontractors, key suppliers, and other parties.Ability to read and interpret drawings & specifications.Advanced Excel & QS software skills.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Opportunity to work on varied and high-profile projects across a variety of civil projects.Career progression opportunities.Apply now and we will be in touch.
